Faculty Development Program (FDP) for the Faculty of Engineering Colleges/Universities in the area of Railway Signal Engineering & Automatic Train Protection System (ATP)- Kavach

IRSET has been conducting Faculty Development Programmes (FDP) for the faculty members (Professors, Associate Professors, and Assistant Professors) of engineering colleges and universities in the areas of Railway Signal Engineering and Automatic Train Protection System (ATP) – Kavach.

Recently, a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Railway Signal Engineering and Automatic Train Protection System (Kavach) was conducted by IRISET from 21.04.2025 to 02.05.2025 in hybrid mode. Faculty members from 14 (fourteen) engineering colleges, including MMMUT/Gorakhpur, RTU/Kota, SFIT/Mumbai, and MCKVIE/Howrah, participated in this program.

The training program included lectures by IRISET faculty and field experts, visits to working installations at RRI/SC and Electric Loco Shed/LGD, and simulation experiments in the laboratory
